We may collect information when you interact with MODO Focus, MODO Calm, MODO Dream, product quizzes, promotional flows, discount onboarding experiences, surveys, or recommendation tools. For example, a promotional flow may ask whether you lack focus, struggle to sleep, or feel stressed and want to calm down.

We may use your answers to recommend a MODO product and personalize your experience and our communications with you. These responses reflect your own stated product preferences and goals — they are not a medical diagnosis, and we do not treat them as health or medical records.

Physical / Approximate Location

We may derive your approximate location from your IP address, device or browser information, Shopify Markets/localization settings, and other permitted technologies. We use approximate location for purposes such as localizing markets, currency, and shipping options, fraud prevention, personalization, and analytics. We do not collect precise GPS location through the Services.

Automatically Collected Information
