How do I track my order?

When your order leaves us we send a shipping confirmation email. It contains your tracking link — open it to see where your package is. Tracking can take a little while to show movement after the email arrives, so if it looks quiet at first, check again later in the day.

Every order also has its own order status page. The link is in your original order confirmation email, and it always shows the latest state of that order, whether or not it has shipped yet.

Can't find either email? Check your spam and promotions folders first — they are sent to the address used at checkout, so it is worth searching that inbox for "MODO". If you still can't find it, email us and we will resend the details.
